Week 81

Hello Friends and Family,

I truly do feel blessed to be here again writing you all again this week. I love the Emails you all send and the update and advice you give me and it makes me always look forward to this time of the week.

This week for me was spent way more out proselyting, contacting referrals, doing Community Service Projects, and basically just getting out of Mission Secretary Work and being outside. That is the secret to success in missionary work and I can tell you, doing that will bring so much joy in life. Don't get me wrong I love being the Mission (Secreterry), but something about just getting out there and serving is a different feeling and brings me the motivation I need.

This is a picture of the mission president, his wife and all of the office elders. This is currently the Facebook cover photo for the Urdaneta Mission.
This is me teaching
This is Elder Seve the Office Finance and my awesome companion.
We had a half day mission for our Ward and Brother and Sister Egypto (who used to be inactive) worked with me and we visited other Less Active members and they bore such powerful testimonies on the atonement and how now is the time to come back.

Happy Halloween from Elder O'Loghlin, High, Obias, and I
This is the Urdaneta Zone celebrating great success.

That is all for this week, I love you all,

Elder Terry

Week 80

Hello Friends and Family,

It is another great pleasure to write you this week. Lots of things happened this week such as

A new transfer so us office Elders are in charge of all the new Elders and Sisters coming in. There was a total of 23 Missionaries that came in LAST transfer, 21 THIS transfer and 22 coming this NEXT transfer. They are keeping me busy haha.
I do love the work being able to meet all these new people and hearing their stories.
I also get to hang out with the Office Elders, AP's, and President basically 24/7 and we got free food all week.
Sister Espinosa got a dog named Bemo so all stress has completely left the Office. haha

General Conference was also really great because I took a ton of notes and the talk that really stood out to me was by Holland on Forgiveness. Forgiveness of yourself and Forgiveness others, and I am just excited to listen to and review conference again this week. I have been calling this Church the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints my whole mission so President Nelson's talk was like oh cool we are all on the same page now.

Great week
Love, Elder Terry

Week 79

Hello Friends and Family,

It is good to be here and have this privilege of emailing you again.

A lot of great things happens again this week. We were even blessed to have a whole family of investigators come to church this week and they are sweeties. We also had adventures like...

Being a part of this photo shoot at SM (a huge Mall) and I killed it. (check it)
I got to see my Heritage: Elder Macaranas (my Nephew) and Elder Davad (my Son)
I hang out with these Elders. It's funny because I have been companions with almost everyone who works in the office so I know them ALL actually a little too well. (Shout out to Llorico and Barredo)
This is me with my companion, Elder Seve, hanging out right now, but I call him Soa which means companion in Samoan. He is from New Zealand and he is a sweetheart. ( I Love Him )

I also love you all. That is all for now.

Elder Terry
